Welcome to GhostPeel Stickers. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

By purchasing from GhostPeel Stickers, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this site. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All products are custom made to order. Variations in color, cut, or alignment may occur due to the handmade production process.
By submitting your design, you confirm that you own the rights to the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Typical production time is 1-3 business days depending on order volume.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

4. Shipping

We currently ship through USPS Ground Advantage.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for domestic orders.

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, GhostPeel Stickers is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

  • Tracking information is provided with all orders.

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer are not the responsibility of GhostPeel Stickers.

5. Intellectual Property

All GhostPeel Stickers designs, logos, and branding are the exclusive property of GhostPeel Stickers. Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer but may be stored temporarily for production and replacement purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

GhostPeel Stickers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website. Our maximum liability for any product purchased shall not exceed the price paid for that product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
